"The hotel is beautiful but the beach area needs better looking chairs and cleaning. Also the hotel room offers nothing no iron, refrigerator or TV. During rainy season a lot is left to desire because you will be left bored in the room. There is no hotel entertainment, I think Costa Rica just isn’t there yet. "

"The property is gorgeous, the views are amazing. But: Our sheets had a red stain, it seems like blood. The restaurant is way too expensive, and I'm not saying this blindly, you can tell the food quality is below average. (We are locals, we know what you can buy and how much it costs). We got bread during our lunch, they gave us toasts, and clearly from the day before or who knows when. We order a hamburger and a pita, the bread wasn't totally fresh. The oil used for the French fries was...
